Jacob is the co-founder & Managing Partner of Kin Capital Partners. As an experienced real estate financier, investor, and entrepreneur, he co-leads the advisory firm that placed around $1B of equity & debt on transactions’ value of $3B+ since founding the company in Q1 2020.

Under the investments arm of the group Jacob was involved in over 20 investments in ground-up developments and value-add projects throughout North America with a completion value of $3.5B+.

Prior to co-founding Kin Capital Partners, Jacob founded KSM Group, a private equity and asset management company investing in real estate related businesses and technology ventures across North America.

Jacob is a known advocate for giving back to the community, serving as the Chair of the U49 Real Estate Division and Executive Committee Member of UJA and Co-founded TREL, a Toronto-based non-for-profit real estate network with over 3,000 members that leads and raises thousands of dollars for various charitable organizations.

Yahav Shirazi joined Kin Capital Partners in 2022 as the Head of Operations & Business Development. He has strong ties to the Real Estate industry as an investor for the past 6 years across the US and Israel. He brings a variety of experience into the company as, throughout his career, he held significant positions including Operation Management, Project Management and Business Development. Yahav holds a BS.c. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, and an MBA focused in Real Estate from Tel Aviv University.

Galia is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Kin Capital Partners. As a CPA by profession and a seasoned real estate investor and manager, she co-leads the investments activity of the group with over 20 investments in ground-up developments and value-add projects throughout North America with a compilation value of $3.5B.

Under the advisory arm of Kin Capital Partners, she was involved in placing approximately $1B of equity & debt on transactions’ value of $3B+ since founding the company in Q1 2020.

Prior to co-founding Kin Capital Partners, Galia founded Gal Investments, an asset management and investment company that successfully leveraged her relationships and experience across North American real estate cultivated from her successful stint as CEO role at Fishman Holdings North America, where she managed $1B+ of real estate assets.

As a graduate of Tel Aviv University, Galia devoted many years as a Board Member on the Canadian Friends of Tel Aviv University committee assisting in establishing a strong presence locally. She is honored to be a Governor of Tel Aviv University since 2015 and an Adjunct Lecturer in the Finance and Real Estate program at the Alrov Institute of Real Estate Research at Tel Aviv University – Coller School of Management since 2022.

Cole joined Kin Capital Partners in July 2022 in the role of Senior Analyst. Cole spearheads acquisitions, underwriting, valuations, and asset management, across our portfolio. He started out his career as an accountant in the Assurance practices of Deloitte and MNP. His real estate expertise stems from his experience in Montreal, working in residential and commercial development as well as time spent with CreateTO, the City of Toronto’s strategic real-estate arm. Cole received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
